Have you ever really wanted a bag full of those little delicious burgers but you didn't want to leave the game to go get them? I mean... they're the best when they're piping hot and they definitely lose some of that on the drive home. So why not make up a fresh batch for the gang to nosh on while you cheer your team on to victory!?
Gather your ingredients and decide what everyone wants on their burgers. We are ketchup, mustard, pickles, and cheese people. You can add or omit whatever you want and also... do halfsies. Preheat your oven to 350.
Put the beef in the pan and add your seasonings.
Flatten it all out. The seasonings will get mixed in while you're doing this part. Bake the meat at 350 for about 15 minutes.
While the meat is in the oven, split the buns in half using a bread knife.
Drain the fat.
Divide the meat into 12 pieces. Put the bottom halves of the rolls in the pan and put the meat on top.
Dress your burgers.
Put the tops of the buns on and brush with garlic butter. Put it back in the oven until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
Serve them while they're hot and watch them disappear!!
