1/2Chipotle PepperChop it up fine. Leave out the seeds if you don't want the heat.
Start with the Basic Dip Mix (mayo/sour cream in equal parts), mix well.
Add the ranch dressing powder. Get all the lumps out before you add the other ingredients!
Stir in the cheese, bacon, and chipotle.
Cover it up and stick it in the fridge.
This is best made the day before, but you can make it in the morning if you have a 3:30 or 7PM game and it should be fine. You'll need a stiff dipper like a pretzel chip or a tortilla chip because this dip will decimate a regular potato chip. It's also really good on a baked potato!!
